This guitar is custom wired with a 5-way selector switch, CTS Pots, and a .022 Paper/Oil Capacitor. This build is designed to replicate David Gilmour's #0001 Stratocaster, complete with Fender Original '57/'62 Pickups, Gold Anodized Pickguard, Vintage Tuners and a Vintage Style Bridge. Enjoy the glistening highs, warm lows, and vintage style that this custom setup produces.
Fender Original '57/'62 Strat Pickups
Redesigned for a truer vintage tone. Reverse engineered from a coveted '63 vintage Strat, these pickups deliver the original vintage Strat sound. The staggered, beveled edge Alnico 5 magnets with Formvar magnet wire produce glistening highs and warm lows that are unmistakably vintage. This is the tone. OEM on American Vintage Stratocasters.
